Dr. Robert Brown, Ph. D. Associate Director of Science | Formerly a George S. Campbell Professor of Biology at Dalhousie University, Dr. Brown is a co-founder of IVT and presently directs research and laboratory operations. |
| Dr. Pirouz Daftarian, Ph. D. | Dr. Daftarian received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Ottawa in 1997 and held fellowships in Immunology/virology and Cancer at the Children’s Hospital, University of Ottawa and BC Children’s Hospital at the University of British Columbia. In April 2002, Dr. Daftarian began working at the Laboratory for Vaccine Research in the Beckman Research Institute at The City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, California. Dr. Daftarian has presented internationally at a number of conferences on the subjects of immunology and vaccine development. He has also published in peer-reviewed journals in the area of vaccines for Cancer, CMV and HIV as well as HIV immunopathogenesis. |
Dr. Bill Pohajdak Associate Director of Science | A Professor of Biology at Dalhousie University, Dr. Pohajdak is a co-founder of IVT who brings fifteen years experience in molecular biology and immunology to IVT's research and development team. |
