ImmunoVaccine Technologies Inc. (IVT) is a clinical stage private biotechnology company developing therapeutic cancer and prophylactic infectious disease vaccines for human health. The VacciMax® platform is able to stimulate an earlier, more powerful, long lasting antibody and cellular immune response. IVT has completed the scale-up and manufacturing method development for the VacciMax® platform. The company is conducting a Phase 1 clinical trial of IMT 1012, a therapeutic breast and ovarian cancer vaccine and is planning to begin a second Phase 1 for a therapeutic prostate cancer vaccine in early 2009.
